Rugby League World Cup: Australia squad features seven Melbourne Storm players


Australia have named seven gamers from country wide rugby league winners melbourne storm in their 24-guy squad for october's rugby league global cup.

Captain cameron smith, cooper cronk, will chambers and veteran billy slater, whose two attempts helped australia win the 2013 international cup, are included.

Typhoon's felise kaufusi, 25, is among six uncapped gamers.

Kangaroos educate mal meninga said the squad was "decided on on shape" and "has the proper mix of young people and revel in".

He delivered: "we've got some of players who can play multiple positions and as a way to be a bonus over the route of what we are hoping might be six suits."
